Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights The return/replacement/refund policy is customer friendly so that you will feel more comfortable in making online buying decision. 

At PANSIM, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to PANSIM within 7 days of purchase date. 

Please contact Customer Care before initiating Return. When you return your product, please indicate the reason in a short note.

Exchange Policy: 

Exchange of products will be allowed in the following situations: 

  • Wrong Product was shipped 
  • Product was damaged or defective 
  • Product varied materially from description on website 
  • Or as allowed by the seller 

Return / Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, Please contact us. We aren't a big faceless corporation, we're a small family-run business and we want to make sure you are satisfied with your order.

We provide complete refund to the customer if following conditions meet.

  • Customer cancel the order before processing the order from our end.
  • Product delivered to customer found not working and we are unable to replace the item.
  • Product delivered to wrong address and customer do not want the product anymore.
  • For Refund Customer has to pay both side shipping charges.
  • We only pay one side shipping charges if product is found any defect under warranty period, THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED ONLY TO THE MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND DOESN'T COVER ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE, DAMAGE BY SPILLS OF LIQUID OR BURNT PCB.


Seven Day Return Policy

You are buying items online, and we understand that things can be different than you expect. For return authorization, you must contact us within 7 days and inform us. Item(s) must be in new, unused condition with all retail packaging. Please note “do not send back the items to us without our permission, we are not responsible for this”.
